TESTER

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITY:

• Review and comprehend product specification completely.
• Create and review testing specifications and test cases according to the schedule.
• Execute testing tasks according to the schedule and ensure the quality of the product.
• Track all the bugs and communicate issues to ensure their resolution before project release.
• Collaborate with the software engineering department and identify the root cause of problems.
• Create and review test scripts for automation test.
• Evaluate and report test execution results to Managers.
• Manage, train and mentor other new testers.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Experience: at least 6 months as tester.
• Computer science or an equivalent degree.
• Be able to research new technologies efficiently.
• Have web/mobile form testing conceptual knowledge.
• Be able to make test cases and schedules.
• Have knowledge of bug tracking systems.
• Good knowledge of testing processes and popular software development processes.
• Honest, responsible and hard working.
• Ability to work well both independently and in a team.
• Good written and reading skills in English.
• Having a Software Testing Certificate or having ever taken a course about testing work is an advantage.

DEVELOPER

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITY:

• Review and comprehend product specification completely.
• Join some parts or full life cycle of web/mobile development.
• Participating in all phases of the software development process including analyzing user requirements, designing system architecture, coding, testing and deployment.
• Help team members in order to contribute final products of excellent quality.
• Complete other assignments from the Project Manager/Project Leader/Technical Leader.
• Evaluate and report working results to the Managers.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Computer science or an equivalent degree.
• 6 months or more in Android programming.
• Must have knowledge of SVN/Git.
• Very good team work and communication skills.
• Excellent problem solving skills.
• Knowledge of object oriented analysis and design.
• Familiar with Android Studio and Eclipse IDE.
• Experience in web programming and database is a big plus.
• Ability to work independently on tasks directly. Strong sense of responsibility.
• Passionate to create beautiful, usable, high performance mobile applications.
• Capable of working in a team and under high pressure in order to meet deadlines.
• Love learning new technology and working in a highly dynamic, flexible, hyper productive and agile team.
• Capable of English writing/reading skills. Proficient in English is a plus.
